Lead & follow-up automation

From enquiry to qualified appointment, faster.

We help service businesses respond faster, organise leads more effectively and follow up more consistently with automation tailored to their existing processes.

From the first enquiry through CRM, booking and follow-up, with human involvement whenever needed.

First, we understand the process. Then we identify what is worth automating.

The challenge

The problem usually isn’t getting enquiries. It’s what happens next.

A lead arrives through the website, email, messaging or another channel. From there, someone has to notice it, respond, collect information, update systems, follow up and make sure the next step actually happens.

As volume increases or more channels become involved, these small manual steps can become difficult to manage consistently.

01

Leads across multiple channels

Enquiries may arrive in different places and require manual work to organise them.

02

Inconsistent follow-up

When a lead does not decide immediately, follow-up can depend on manual tasks and the team’s current workload.

03

Disconnected systems

Having a CRM or other tools does not necessarily mean every step is connected.

Core system

A clear process from the first enquiry through to follow-up.

We design automation around how your sales process actually works.

The goal is not to automate everything. It is to improve the points where speed, organisation and consistent follow-up can make a meaningful difference.

Core service

Lead Response & Follow-up System

We begin by analysing how leads are currently managed.

We identify where manual tasks, delays, duplicated work or gaps in follow-up occur.

From there, we design a system focused on connecting and automating only the steps that genuinely add value to the process.

We do not start with the technology. We start with the process.

Existing systems

Improve what you already use without replacing it unnecessarily.

Many businesses already work with forms, a CRM, email, calendars, messaging tools or other systems.

Our goal is not to replace them automatically. We first examine which steps remain manual and where there is a genuine opportunity to connect, extend or automate the existing process.

1Keep what works.
2Identify the manual tasks.
3Automate only where it makes sense.

The feasibility of each integration is assessed individually based on the system, available access and technical capabilities.

Human handoff

Automation when it helps. Human control where it matters.

Not every enquiry should be handled entirely by an automated system.

Complex situations, important opportunities, business decisions or exceptions can be handed over to a person at the appropriate point.

01

Clear handoff rules

Clear rules define when a person should step in.

02

Approval when needed

Certain steps can require review before they are carried out.

03

A visible process

It is clear which parts are automated and which remain under human control.

Who it’s for

For businesses where a good lead has real value.

This type of automation may be especially relevant when several of these situations are part of your business:

  • You receive new enquiries regularly.
  • Leads arrive through several channels.
  • Many contacts require follow-up before making a decision.
  • Part of the process is still managed manually.
  • You already use tools or a CRM, but some steps remain disconnected.
  • Fast, consistent responses matter to the business.

Additional services

Beyond the lead process.

When other repetitive processes exist, or information has to be transferred manually between systems, we can also examine additional automation opportunities.

CRM & Follow-up Automation

Organise contacts, statuses, tasks and follow-up processes.

Customer Service Automation

Structure common enquiries and direct them towards the appropriate next step.

Workflow Automation

Reduce repetitive tasks and manual handovers between tools and people.

Data & Document Automation

Extract, organise and prepare information from forms, messages or documents.

Custom Automation

Examine specific processes that do not fit a standard solution.

The starting point is always the process, not the tool.

Collaboration

Start with a clearly defined scope.

Every business has a different process. The process, existing systems, required integrations, complexity and level of support can significantly change the scope of a project.

That is why we currently work with proposals tailored to the specific process rather than a single public price.

STEP 01

We review the process

We understand how leads currently arrive, how they are managed and how they are followed up.

STEP 02

We define the scope

We determine which part is worth automating and which requirements must be met.

STEP 03

We propose a pilot

You receive a specific proposal for a clearly defined scope.

First, get one relevant process working well. Then decide whether extending it makes sense.Request a process review

I’m Gianluca, founder of AVERLYQ. I work directly with each client from the initial analysis through to implementation.

My approach is to first understand how a process actually works before recommending technology. I identify manual tasks, assess which systems are already working and determine what can be automated in a practical way without adding unnecessary complexity.

When a solution requires specific integrations or capabilities, the technical conditions are reviewed before committing to an implementation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do we need a new CRM?

Not necessarily. We first assess the existing system and process. If a current tool remains useful, the goal is to work with it rather than replace it without a reason.

Will our entire sales process be automated?

No. We automate only the parts where there is a clear advantage. Personal attention, negotiation and certain decisions can remain completely in the team’s hands.

Does every automation use artificial intelligence?

No. AI is particularly useful when language needs to be interpreted, information classified, content summarised or responses adapted. Other steps may work better with traditional automation rules.

Can you work with our current systems?

In many cases, an integration or connection can be assessed. Feasibility depends on each tool, available access and its technical capabilities, so it is validated before we commit to a solution.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, number of systems, integrations, volume and support required. After reviewing the process, we can define a specific pilot and prepare a proposal.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the process and technical requirements. The scope and estimated timing are defined once the systems and steps involved are understood.

Can older leads also be reactivated?

This can form part of a solution when the available data, defined process and legal and technical conditions allow it.

What type of businesses is this designed for?

Primarily service businesses that receive recurring leads and where response, qualification, booking or follow-up still requires manual work.

Next step

Where does your lead process lose time today?

Let’s review how enquiries are currently handled and where automation could make sense.

The first step isn’t buying a system. It’s understanding the process.

Initial review with no obligation. No generic package or fixed public price.

Tell me how you handle leads.

Tell me your company name, where your enquiries come from and how you follow up. I’ll review the information and reply personally.
