Purpose of this website
This website presents the Lead Response & Follow-up System and complementary automation services. Requesting a review is not a contract or a commitment to buy. The scope, price, timeline and terms of any project are agreed separately.
The diagrams are conceptual examples. They do not represent verified integrations for every client or guarantee results. Technical feasibility is reviewed before committing to implementation.
Use, content and links
Use this website lawfully and without interfering with its operation. Content and graphic elements are subject to their respective holders’ rights, without limiting uses permitted by law.
Email, phone and WhatsApp links open external services when selected. Those services have their own terms and policies. You can report website errors using the contact address above.
Spanish and European law applies where relevant without excluding mandatory rights or protections.

Contact and information you provide
Gianluca personally handles enquiries addressed to AVERLYQ. For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, email gcozzitorto.ai@gmail.com.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your contact details and message are used to reply and assess your request. Avoid sending identity documents, health data or other unnecessary sensitive information.
This website provides contact through email, phone and WhatsApp links. Your messages are not transferred to a CRM or Google Sheets by this page.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal when requested. If you request steps towards a contract on your own behalf, processing is based on that pre-contractual request. For professional correspondence on behalf of a company, processing is limited to responding to your enquiry on the basis of the legitimate interest in handling that communication. You can object by email.
Where applicable, information may also be processed to meet legal obligations or handle claims. Requesting a review does not sign you up for marketing messages. This website’s code does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.
Services used
The contact mailbox uses Gmail. WhatsApp opens only when its link is selected; no WhatsApp chat is embedded on this website. This website is hosted using Netlify. Hosting may involve connection and security data, such as IP addresses and browser information.
Communication and hosting services may process information outside the European Economic Area under their terms. See the policies of Google, WhatsApp and Netlify. These describe each provider’s processing and do not replace the information about your enquiry to AVERLYQ.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. When no longer needed, it is deleted or its use restricted if a legal obligation or potential liability requires retention.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Additional identification will only be requested where necessary to verify a request.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookie Policy
Technology on this page
The website’s code does not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, remote fonts or third-party embeds. External services open only when you select their links.
